[Intro: h1d3out]
You plead to me to get me to spare your face, but
I don't know your name (We'll GoVyral in no time), ooh, ah-ooh
And the rules, I didn't choose them
I hate to bring this bad news, but
I simply can't let you leave with all the things you've seen me do
[Part II]
[Intro: h1d3out]
(And you know what? That's it)
Tox sweep, ahaha, ooh (That's exactly what you get, I've been tryin' to tell 'em)
Let's go, man (Special message from the h1d3out)
We four-for-four like we Jay-Z in this, man, woo
[Verse 1: h1d3out]
My nigga, ain't you heard? (Huh?)
You've been evicted, hit the streets (Facts)
I know niggas talkin' hot, but I know well they ain't talkin' 'bout me (I know not)
White cracker talk down on T (Huh?), I think his face gon' match the tee (Uh-huh)
Prolly leave you buried in the h1d3out—will then you see? (I guess)
You think you can top me in this war, then you wrong (Huh, war, then you wrong)
Think you could keep me in these shackles? Like, what is you on? (Facts, what is you on?)
Shootin' (Huh?), if it's on court, my nigga, it's forty to one (Baow)
Might just be playin' myself, I'm second-to-none (Ha)
Elon, musket have you sent to the Sun (Yeah, uh)
A burger, I'm gettin' lettuce and her buns, like
Uh, I don't know if you've heard this (Huh?)
But you got no homies, you deserted (Facts)
Got no remorse, 'cause you kinda deserve it (Ha)
Mark your date, you would think that I flirted (Ha)
Heard they ain't wan' believe in the kid, well, pen'll have 'em converted (Uh-huh)
Flipped on its head, I commit to the murders (Huh?)
Said I got it flipped, my nigga, it's inverted, uh
[Verse 2: h1d3out]
Think about that for a bit: how I bite back like I'm Aura (Facts)
Yet you can't take it back if you breathless and your roof turns to the floor, uh (Haha)
Most in my position would prolly try to escape this pain with a pour-up (Yeah)
Well, it ain't me (No), I'll pull more Magic than Amy, so it's okay, G (Woo)
I keep the piece (Grrt), aim it at anybody that ain't keep the peace (Baow, baow)
Meeska to Mi' (Baow), a mouse is just who that rat is pretendin' to be (Hahaha)
Ain't from the East, but I feel like Em, I got 'em goin' on they knees (Facts, huh? Huh?)
I put the G. to the O.A.T. every time that I come on a beat, nigga (Yeah, what?)
[Outro: h1d3out]
Man, you heard nothin' like this (No)
For score and a night, had to write this (Facts)
I don't know about you, but I feel like the king, not even Leonii could fight this (Never)
Fellas out here ain't reserve no seats, they cold (For what?)
After I track down that nigga, make a call—a TKO (Ding-ding-ding-ding)
I feel on top of the world (Huh? What?), huh, could prolly tell me I'm invincible (Facts)
Can't tell me I'm at all invisible (No), I put blood and sweat into these syllables (Yeah)
To rap, think I'm workin' a miracle (Yeah), I've considered all you individuals (Hah, special message from the h1d3out)
But, my brother, you've been too predictable (Wow), I'll show you who is really listenable, nigga (Baow)
About
h1d3out comes right out the gate guns blazing on “Eviction Notice”, the intro to the sophomore Toxi album Level Select. Once merely a vessel for the debut album Rewind & Remix’s teaser single and an ARG connected to the same, h1d3out kicks off the second album with an unforgiving, hard trap anthem, which is a stern but welcome way to turn the page in the ToxiPlays discography. “#### i’m in control now” also being the first song people heard from the Rewind & Remix era of ToxiPlays’s music, it is only befitting that h1d3out returns once more for another introductory track.
This just for the h1d3out (Oh, You came there, God) […]
This song is the second ever that we have heard from h1d3out, including the teaser single. It’s also h1d3out’s first appearance onto main streaming platforms, as, before the release of “Eviction Notice”, the artist solely appeared on SoundCloud and on Twitter.
Upon the release of Rewind & Remix, h1d3out’s ARG account was made public with an ominous Tweet, stating:
now that the album is out…
welcome.this isn’t the last time you’ll see this account. 👋
As “Pingin' Home”—the first single for Level Select—gained traction, the account was privated yet again and multiple allusions were made to an eventual return to form for h1d3out. Their pinned Tweet, at the time of writing, states:
“This isn’t the last time you’ll see this account”. I’ll be back before you know it. In the meantime, I hope you are enjoying Kero (☄️)’s song—much more of it’s caliber are to come. [edited for formatting]

We were planning for “Eviction Notice” to be the lead and the only single for Level Select. Had a music video planned and everything, and honestly, that music video would’ve been the announcement for the album. But the music video just never got filmed, so we had to pivot. I still left it as the intro because it was too good to just delete.
