Much like Odd Future label-mate Earl Sweatshirt, he has taken a change of stance: He no longer wants to to mess around, and live life recklessly with no true purpose (aka crash) and instead find his own path (Find his wings, aka. find his happiness) and fly until he no longer can. He is going to live life to the fullest capacity of goodness, happiness and fun. A similar desire to fly is found all throughout African-American literature from “Song Of Solomon” to “Black Boy Fly” by Kendrick Lamar.
