2Pac’s seventh overall album and third posthumous album, Until the End of Time, was another double album released on March 27, 2001. The album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 and went on to be certified quadruple platinum by the RIAA. The songs were recorded during the All Eyez On Me and Makaveli sessions but remixed for this release. The title track was released as a single and featured R.L. from the R&B group Next on the chorus.
That is correct. While DMX’s The Great Depression sold more copies than 2Pac in the opening week, Until The End Of Time beat DMX for total sales in 2001.
