Dinora y la Juventud was formed after singer Dinora Abán Ugalde and bass player Juan Arturo Gutiérrez decided to create a new project to participate in a local contest called Cartas Musicales. Dinor y la Juventud later signed up to Platino Records, making Una Nueva Dimensión Musical, produced by Salomon Guajardo, which included the covers of Son By Four’s “A Puro Dolor” and Sheena Easton’s “Todo Me Recuerda A Ti.” After the success of the debut album, many studio albums were released such as “Sin Reservas” (2001), “Entra En Mi Vida” (2002), “Entre El Amor y El Odio” (2003), etc. Dinora y la Juventud are definitely a recognized group in the norteño genre and have catapulted to the top with endless hits.
