DJ Johnny Juice (real name Johnny Rosado) is a DJ, turntablist, recording engineer, and producer from New York most notable for his work with seminal hip-hop group Public Enemy.
In addition to Public Enemy, Johnny Juice has also worked with other seminal hip-hop acts, such as Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, and Slick Rick, as well as contributing to the production collective The Bomb Squad as a turntablist.
Rosado was also responsible for most of the scratching in Public Enemy’s seminal records, when many people thought it was Terminator X scratching records.
Rosado is currently working with Public Enemy as a turntablist and producer, as well as getting involved with his group called ‘the baNNed.’
