Tobias Dekker (born October 11, 1999), professionally known as Outtatown, is a multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated record producer from Nijmegen, Netherlands. He is known for his production for Playboi Carti, Ken Carson, Lil Uzi Vert, Trippie Redd, and Baby Keem, among others.
In 2019, Outtatown and frequent collaborator star boy founded and curated HYPERPOP: their production group based in Tokyo, Japan. In 2022, however, the two abandoned the group and formed their new collective, ADRENALINE.
