Unchain

UNCHAIN was formed in Kyoto, Japan in 1996 by junior high classmates, Masanori Tanigawa(Vo, Gt), Hiroaki Tani(Ba), and Shogo Yoshiada. Later on Masafumi Sato would join the band (Gt, Cho). In the early years UNCHAIN would perform cover songs at small gigs usually they’d perform songs from bands such as, The Blue Hearts, LUNA SEA, L'Arc~en~Ciel, and Hi-Standard. In 2005 they released their first mini album “the space of the sense” and then their second mini album in 2006 “THE MUSIC HUMANIZED IS HERE”. They released their first major full album on March 19 of 2008. UNCHAIN’s genre is forever changing, each album has its own different genre from, jazz, rock, neo soul, and pop to even more. Sadly on June 18th 2020 Masafumi Sato left UNCHAIN for other endeavors, thankfully Masafumi left on good terms .
