A Posse Cut is a subgenre of hip-hop music, which describes a song with four or more rappers, who each contribute their own verse(s). This is NOT a genre tag; it should only be added to songs with at least four artists (including the primary artist).

The term had gained fame in the 80s, popularized by rap groups, such as Wu-Tang Clan, A Tribe Called Quest and Odd Future. It has since been used by rap collectives and collaborative tracks.
