Vacancy A reputable basic school in Kasoa is recruiting an Administrator. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management of the school, ensuring effective implementation of educational policies and programs. 2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve student outcomes, teacher performance, and school operations. 3. Teacher Management: Supervise, evaluate, and support teachers to ensure effective instruction and student learning. 4. Student Affairs: Oversee student discipline, welfare, and extracurricular activities, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. 5. Parent and Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the community to promote student learning and school development. 6. Financial Management: Manage school finances, including budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation. 7. Curriculum Development: Oversee the development and implementation of the school curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and policies. 8. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement assessment and evaluation strategies to measure student learning and school performance. 9. Staff Development: Provide opportunities for teacher professional development, coaching, and mentoring to enhance instructional effectiveness. 10. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and manage risks to maintain a safe and healthy learning environment. Qualification: A minimum of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education or similar program. Experience: A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
