Three Fridays ago, I had the privilege of participating in a speed mentoring program, and it was nothing short of fulfilling. 🌟 During each session, I shared my failures, lessons, and experiences with young entrepreneurs and students while answering some very interesting questions. It was an incredible opportunity to invest in others’ growth, helping them avoid the mistakes I made and empowering them to take confident steps in their journey. I didn’t realize how much I loved mentoring until those sessions. It felt like I truly lived in those moments, almost like I gained extra years to my life. Those sessions gave me so much joy and a sense of purpose, the satisfaction was unmatched. The life of a student can be compared to a young vine, it needs care, nurturing, and, most importantly, the right support to grow. Without a sturdy framework to climb, a vine struggles to reach its full potential. But with guidance and encouragement, it can flourish, spreading its branches and bearing fruit that inspires and sustains others. 🌱🍇 Thank you, Dada Foundation - Ghana, for creating this platform for connection and growth.
