Every manufacturing company as part of their organizational policy, ensures employees safety and also maintaining a high level of hygienic environment in their dispensation. Safety at the workplace is paramount as employees should take every precautionary steps to operate safely without the occurrence of any occupational hazard and also take into most measurable consideration quality assurance application at every stage in their production process, right from the raw materials acquisition to the finished product. This will ensure product quality and trust by their consumers. Ensuring quality means maintaining accurate documentation in every production processes line to ensure future continuity, and standardization of procedures. To ensure the production of high valued and commercially sterile product, Egal Food Cannery Limited collaborated with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research and Ghana Standard Authority to train its employees on the most effective ways to prevent facility accidents and also ensure a hygienic environment that can prevent product contamination. Thus our day two of training titled “TRAINING ON HAZARDS ANALYSIS AND CRITICAL CONTROL POINT IMPLEMENTATION.

It is mandated to carry out scientific and technological research for national development. As part of Egal Food Cannery Limited’s objectives to produce safe and quality foods and spices for its consumers, the company collaborated with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research institution and the Ghana Standard Authority to train its staff on how to ensure the safety and quality of product processing, pest management, risk management, and successful operation of industrial machines. This is the day one of the training Titled SAFETY AND QUALITY OF PROCESSING PRODUCTS
