About us

Who Are We? GGG is a vibrant group of young women dedicated to inspiring, supporting, uplifting and empowering one another to achieve financial freedom through goal setting and continuous learning. Our aim is to harness the untapped potential of working women, encouraging self-love and acceptance to inspire and celebrate women of all personalities. We strive to help women find their inner fire, set achievable goals, and become advocates and accountability partners for one another, working towards the realization of UN Sustainable Development Goals 1, 5, and 17. Achieving goals, and spreading joy, one woman at a time is our goal. Do you read or would you love to cultivate the habit of reading books, travelling, and speaking positively? Do you believe in adventure, fun, setting goals, being financially independent, and expanding your horizons? If you answered yes, then we are your group and we can't wait to have you hop on board. The Girls Goal Getters (GGG) is in its fourth year of enabling dreams and sharing joy while creating women cheerleaders and a support system. Our key exciting and diverse programmes include 1. End of year Review Through our deliberate programming, members are enjoying purposeful, impactful and intentional lives while understanding the power of investments and goal setting. Describe the connection you share. 2️⃣ Focus on Their Impact: What have they done to uplift, support, or inspire you? How did it change your life? 3️⃣ Highlight Their Qualities: Dig deep-l on what what makes them so special? Is it their kindness, strength, humour, wisdom, or resilience? 4️⃣ Reflect on Their Influence: How have they shaped the person you are today? What lessons or values have you adopted from them?   • #DAY 11: GRATITUDE SATURDAY Let's talk about five psychological changes you can experience from practicing gratitude, along with one way to maintain each: 💡1️⃣. #Increased Positive Emotions: Gratitude helps shift focus from negative thoughts to positive experiences, leading to increased happiness and well-being. Maintain it: #Gratitude Journaling: Write down three things you're grateful for each day before bed. 💡2️⃣. #Better Stress Management: Practicing gratitude helps reframe challenges, reducing stress and anxiety. Maintain it: #Gratitude Mantras: Create a daily mantra, such as "Today, I am grateful for...", to repeat during meditation or quiet time. 💡3️⃣. #Improved Relationships: Focusing on gratitude strengthens bonds with others, creating empathy and understanding. Maintain it: #Gratitude Letters: Write a heartfelt letter (even if unsent) to someone you appreciate, highlighting specific reasons why you appreciate them.
