#Monthly Reviews Support your lifestyle. Take our suggestions and act on them. Monthly reviews are essential for evaluating accomplishments, identifying areas for improvement, and setting new goals. #Why monthly reviews matter? 📍#Track your progress to help you celebrate your wins and acknowledge setbacks. If you don't know what you have achieved how can you track where you are going? 📍#Adjust strategies to identify what's working and what needs tweaking. Sometimes, our strategies fail to yield the right outcomes, when you track, your course correct before it's too late. 📍#Set new goals to align your current objectives with your long-term vision. Things happen within the month and other visions become clearer. A monthly review helps you adjust and align with what is new. 📍#Enhance accountability to jold yourself responsible for your actions and outcomes. Girls, this is a big one. Who doesn't like an excuse for something not happening? We all love to hide behind and excuse, but we know that no one is coming to save us, so we review and we go again for ourselves and those relying on us Monthly reviews must become your your routine so you can stay focused on your priorities and make data-driven decisions about your life also. As always, it is a a skill and a habit which helps you create a growth mindset. Schedule your monthly review today, this morning or before you go to bed and discover the power of reflection and planning. Share your favorite review tips in the comments! #MonthlyReviewsareProductivityHacks #GoGetGoals #GirlsGoalGetters

#Empty #Nest #Syndrome. 📍#What is Empty Nest Syndrome? 1️⃣Empty Nest Syndrome refers to the emotional transition that parents experience when their children leave home. This phase can be challenging, but its impact depends on the quality of your relationship with yourself and your partner during the parenting years. 📍#What to Expect 2️⃣ A mix of emotions: Some people enjoy this phase and its benefits, while others struggle with the downsides. A new sense of identity: Parenting roles evolve, and you may need to redefine your sense of purpose. 📍#What to Do 3️⃣Cater for yourself: Prioritize self-care and personal growth, just as you would for your children ✍️Build sustainable relationships: Nurture connections with your partner, friends, and other important people in your life. ✍️Prepare intentionally: Be proactive in preparing for this phase, and consider seeking support if needed. 📍#How to Manage Empty Nest Syndrome 4️⃣By being mindful of your relationships, prioritizing self-care, and preparing for this transition, you can embrace #Empty Nest Syndrome with greater ease. #Pensions and #Retirement. They are part of the future. You can't runaway from these. So let's learn. To create an effective retirement plan in Ghana, consider the following key takeaways: 📍Start with a clear understanding of your expenses. Estimate your monthly expenses in retirement, including housing, transportation, groceries, and luxury items. A general rule of thumb is to aim for 70-80% of your pre-retirement income. 📍Frequently Check your Statement of Account with all the three tier Pension Scheme. 📍 Update Bio data details / beneficiary information periodically with the three tier Pension Schemes. 📍 Contribute to the three-tier pension scheme: Ghana's pension scheme consists of a mandatory basic national social security scheme, a mandatory occupational pension scheme, and a voluntary provident fund and personal pension scheme. Ensure you contribute to these schemes to maximize your retirement benefits. 📍Consider alternative income sources: Think about alternative sources of income in retirement, such as rental properties or investments, to supplement your pension income. 📍Plan for healthcare and other expenses: Ghana's healthcare system can be unpredictable, so it's essential to plan for healthcare expenses in retirement. Also, consider other expenses, such as travel and leisure activities. 📍Seek professional advice: Consult with a financial advisor or pension expert to create a personalized retirement plan tailored to your needs and goals. 📍Review and adjust your plan regularly: Retirement planning is not a one-time event; it's an ongoing process. Regularly review your plan and adjust as needed to ensure you're on track to meet your retirement goals. 📍📍📍Stick to the plan It's our future and we are learning to be fruitful this February #GirlsGoalGetters #GoGetGoals

Girls who read together stay together. We are currently on #Day 22nd of our 40 Day Challenge with #ThePurposeDrivenLife. Tonight, these key points in the book jumped at us. We hope they stir something in you too. 1️⃣ God is much more concerned about your character than your career. 2️⃣ Spiritual maturity is not a solitary, individual pursuit. 3️⃣What God cares about most is that whatever you do, you do it in a Christlike manner 4️⃣ The Holy Spirit releases His power, the moment you take a step of faith. 5️⃣ While effort has nothing to do with with your salvation, it has much to do with your spiritual growth. 6️⃣ God doesn't want you to become a god; He wants you to become #godly. Which of these resonated with you the most Portia Mawufemor Anani and Patience Quaye

A good read
Only 8% of people achieve their goals. Here's why (and how to join them): I've seen it happen too many times: → Everyone's excited at the kickoff → Progress starts strong → Then... silence → Finally, the quiet death of another big goal But it doesn't have to be this way. 4 frameworks that can help you reach your goals: 1. Locke & Latham's 5 Principles ↳ Think of it as your goal-setting compass: • Clear goals (no fuzzy targets) • Challenging but possible (stretch yourself) • Get buy-in (motivation matters) • Regular check-ins (stay on track) • Break it down (make it manageable) 2. Simon Sinek's Golden Circle ↳ Start with WHY (your purpose) ↳ Then figure out HOW (your process) ↳ Finally define WHAT (your metrics) 3. B.S.Q. Method ↳ Big goals (your north star) ↳ Small steps (your daily actions) ↳ Quick wins (your momentum builders) 4. MASTER Framework ↳ Measurable (track your progress) ↳ Achievable (keep it realistic) ↳ Specific (crystal clear targets) ↳ Time-bound (set deadlines) ↳ Evaluated (regular reviews) ↳ Rewarded (celebrate wins) You can even mix and match based on your needs: ✅ Purpose Path for inspiration ✅ Step-Up for big projects ✅ Clarity Method for personal growth ✅ Action Framework for detail And remember: It's not about perfect frameworks. It's about consistent action. The best goal-setting system is the one you'll use. Pick one approach. Start small. Keep going. And join the 8%. What helps you stick to your goals? ♻️Find this helpful?
