The Institute for Diversity and Inclusion in Emergency Management (I-DIEM) is proud to announce the establishment of a Global Outreach Center in Ghana, West Africa. Climate change has wide-ranging and significant impacts on the African continent. As a region highly vulnerable to climate-related challenges, Africa faces various consequences, affecting its environment, societies, economies, and overall development. I-DIEM will continue its community centered mission to empower and promote Community Crafted Resilience Solutions (CCRS) within Africa.

Originally from Binbila in the North Region of Ghana, Khalid is fluent in English, Twi, and Hausa, allowing him to connect with diverse communities. He holds a Master’s in Project Management and a Bachelor’s in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Cape Coast, equipping him with the expertise to create transformative travel experiences. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Master of Philosophy in International Studies from the University of Cape Coast, Selorm has honed his skills over five years of writing experience. His expertise spans copywriting, content creation, ghostwriting, and proposal development. Beyond professional writing, Selorm is also a passionate creative writer.
