Our recent outreach "Val's Day at Abokobi" was facilitated by Dr. John Edem Kongor, a research scientist with the CSIR Food Research Institute. One thing that stood out from his presentation is captured below; "Cocoa is more than just a treat; it is a powerhouse of nutrients with immense health benefits. Educating young minds about its value ensures they appreciate not only its nutritional benefits but also its contribution to Ghana’s economy. Initiatives like this by Letshego Ghana help shape a generation that understands and supports our local industries." — Dr. John Edem Kongor, Research Scientist, CSIR-Food Research Institute At Letshego Ghana, we believe in learning beyond the classroom and empowering communities through knowledge. Together, let’s continue to celebrate and promote Ghana’s cocoa legacy!
