After an impactful 13-year tenure, Madam Joan Ewurama Folsom-Agyare has retired as General Manager of RG Estate Management Company Ltd. (RGEMC), a subsidiary of Regimanuel Gray Ltd. Joining in 2011, Madam Agyare’s leadership has been central to RGEMC’s evolution into one of Ghana’s leading names in estate management. Her commitment to quality, attention to detail, and community-focused vision have significantly shaped the company’s approach to gated community management. Madam Agyare’s impact is seen in RGEMC’s operational standards, which prioritize resident satisfaction, security, and quality maintenance across all managed properties. Through her guidance, RGEMC established systems that ensure Regimanuel Gray Estates are well-maintained, offering residents a secure, thriving environment that preserves and enhances property value. Her collaborative work with the Estate Management Council fostered open communication and responsive service, creating a strong sense of trust and reliability within Regimanuel Gray Estates. As she steps into retirement, Madam Agyare hands over her role to Mr. Michael Owusu (Esq), who brings a unique blend of legal acumen and operational expertise as the new General Manager.
