On November 20th, we convened a stakeholder meeting with Queen Mothers, the District Assembly, Ghana Health Service, Ghana Education Service, and the Ada East community to address period poverty and the role of key stakeholders in finding solutions. We shared our vision to promote menstrual health education and advocate for sustainable menstrual products, like menstrual cups, while calling for a united effort to tackle period poverty. We also gathered valuable recommendations to strengthen our efforts moving forward. A special thank you to the German embassy Accra for supporting this important initiative and to all stakeholders for their dedication to creating a healthier, more equitable future for women and girls. Together, we are making a difference. #thekyerehfoundation #endperiodpoverty #endperiodstigma #sustainability
