As we step into an exciting new year, we want to reflect on the strong foundations laid in 2024, which will serve as the springboard for what promises to be a hugely successful 2025. The appointment of Byron J. as our new Director of Engineering in late 2023 has been transformative. With decades of expertise, he has strengthened our infrastructure, solutions architecture, and cloud security capabilities, paving the way for future innovations. Our team has grown significantly, with key members and advisors joining us to enhance our offerings and support our expansion. This year, our activities extended further globally, highlighted by our collaboration with an innovation centre in Rwanda. Our Managing Director, Toby White, visited the centre, where he planted a tree and engaged with WCI Rwanda's impressive sustainability initiatives. We are also excited to announce the pursuit of an acquisition designed to significantly bolster our development capabilities, aiming to complete in Q2 of this year. This acquisition will allow Artimus to integrate best-in-class talent to our already gifted roster and strengthens our strategic position as a leader across disciplines. 2024 also marked the launch of Artimus Business Services (ABS), a boutique advisory firm led by Paul Henning. ABS supports both international and Gibraltar-based businesses in capital raising, technology adoption, investor readiness, and global structuring. We have seen phenomenal demand for ABS’ services and are excited to help our clients achieve their growth ambitions in 2025 and beyond. As we enter the new year, we remain committed to delivering the highest level of service to our clients while embracing new opportunities and applying a strategic, innovative approach to everything we do.
