Delighted to announce filmmaker Michael P. Nash joins the speakers lineup for the 2025 Art for Tomorrow in Milan. Making history in 2024 as the first filmmaker to place a film on the lunar surface—joining the timeless works of Beethoven and Picasso—Nash continues to push creative boundaries. As the founder of Beverly Hills Productions, Michael P. Nash has produced critically acclaimed films and spearheaded global art initiatives. Named among "Top 10 Filmmakers for the Planet" by MovieMaker Magazine, this Sundance alumnus is currently working on "Chasing Truth," executive produced by Leonardo and George DiCaprio. This year's Art for Tomorrow, themed 'Overcoming, Together', will dive into critical issues such as community-based practices, migration, and many more topics. Courtney J. Martin, distinguished art historian and curator, will join Art for Tomorrow 2025 in Milan! As Executive Director of the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation and former Director of the Yale Center for British Art, she has shaped critical conversations on art, history, and cultural legacy. She began working with the New York-based Dia Art Foundation in 2015 and was appointed Deputy Director and Chief Curator in 2017. She previously taught at Brown University and worked at the Ford Foundation. She earned a Ph.D. in art history from Yale University. We’re excited to welcome Anthony Huberman as another one speaker at Art for Tomorrow 2025! A Swiss curator and writer based in New York, Anthony Huberman is the Artistic Director of GPS (Giorno Poetry Systems), a nonprofit that supports artists, poets, and musicians. Previously, he served as Director and Curator at the CCA Wattis Institute for Contemporary Arts in San Francisco and worked with leading institutions such as The Artist's Institute, Palais de Tokyo and MoMA PS1 . Among others, he has curated exhibitions at KW Institute for Contemporary Art (Berlin), Institute of Contemporary Arts (London), Vienna Secession, and co-curated the 2014 Liverpool Biennial. His major group exhibitions include Drum Listens to Heart (2022), Mechanisms (2017), and For the Blind Man in the Dark Room Looking for the Black Cat That Isn’t There (2009).
