Excited to share that our project, Riviera Tower in Elliniko, has been honored with the Special Award for "CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF THE YEAR 2023" at the ITC2024 (Infrastructure and Transport Conference)! This recognition celebrates our incredible achievement during the raft casting, which lasted over 40 nonstop hours of concrete pouring, setting a new record for Greece! Big kudos to the dream team at BOUYGUES-INTRAKAT(JV) for making this happen! A special shoutout to our fearless leaders, Jerome MULOT and Nikolaos SYRMBAS, who accepted this shiny award on behalf of all of us. [LET'S CLIM'ACT DAY 2024] 🌍 A Global Initiative in Action! 🌱 Guess what!!!? This week, we had a blast hosting "Let’s Clim’Act Day 2024" at the Riviera Tower worksite! 🎉 It’s our worldwide event where we show off all the amazing progress we've made in Bouygues Bâtiment International climate action plan since 2021. 💚 With over 1000 colleagues across 16 countries joining in, this global party was all about discovering cool, innovative low-carbon solutions on our construction sites. In Greece, 24 awesome participants from Bouygues-Intrakat (JV), Clients Reps, Suppliers, and Subcontractors got in on the action! 😉 The highlight? An epic race against the clock! 🕒 Teams dove into an interactive game to spot all the genius ways Bouygues Bâtiment International is cutting down on carbon emissions. We tackled 7 levers of decarbonization with 1 ambitious target and endless solutions. And what’s a celebration without food? 🤣 We wrapped it up with a mouth-watering "sustainable BBQ," making it the perfect way to celebrate European Sustainable Development Week. 🌿 A massive shoutout to our Climate Ambassadors for leading the workshops, and to everyone who brought their A-game! Your energy and commitment to smashing our carbon reduction goals were incredible. The "Riviera Tower" team is happy to present you their summer -out of office- activities! 🔸Their participation in the charity race "Run for the Kids" in June, where our members ran for the kids with disabilities in the premises of PIKPA in Voula, Athens. 🔸 A creative and fun "Family Day" was organized, where our families had the chance to visit the Project and we were proud to present it to them. Also, our "little engineers" spent a morning building the Riviera Tower in LEGO. Their creation decorates our offices now! 🔸 "Archelon", the Sea Turtle Protection Society of Greece, did an amazing presentation in our team for the biodiversity in Greek seas, the dangers that the sea turtles face and how we can protect them while we co-exist in the Greek beaches in Summer. 🔸 Last but not least, our football team gathers every two week and has the chance to spend some athletic time together while creating teams "Expatriates vs Greeks" and making joyful memories together With these happy events Riviera Tower Team wishes you to have a fun summer and we will get back to you after our vacation with many surprises... 🌞 ⛱ ⛵

Climate change is a critical issue that is often misunderstood. True progress happens when people are informed and motivated to act against its causes and effects. In our industry, there's still a lot of education needed. As a company, we know our responsibility to reduce our operational impacts and encourage sustainable practices among our employees, both at work and at home. The Climate Fresk training organized by our in house environmental champions Nikolas Stamkopoulos Eleni Kontou supported by Thomas ROUTHIAU equips our team with the knowledge and tools to tackle climate change. This interactive workshop breaks down the science of climate change into an easy-to-understand format, based on data and reports that inform global decisions. Many Bouygues employees have already taken part in this workshop, both on job sites and in our offices. Our Pact for Safety: A collective commitment to Health & Safety Today kicks off Safety Week 2024, where Bouygues Construction and its entities champion a collective dedication to prioritize the health and safety of our global workforce. On the Riviera Tower project, Bouygues-Intrakat (JV) will be reflecting on 'Our Pact for Safety.’ We take this opportunity during theSafety Week to evaluate our practices, identify risks, and foster improvement. We will organize interactive sessions to engage all team members in discussions and the sharing of best practices. Our ultimate goal is clear: zero severe accidents. Achieving this demands a joint effort from each of us to uphold vigilance, pause work in risky situations, and implement corrective actions. This is Our PACT, and we are COMMITTED to achieving this target.

This year, our CSR team embarked on a heartwarming journey to STEGI, affectionately known as The Children's Home of P Faliro "Agios Alexandros", where we shared moments of joy and love with the amazing young souls there. In the midst of our bustling schedules and monumental projects shaping the skyline of Athens, it's crucial to pause and remember the importance of giving back to our community, especially to those who need it most. These bright-eyed girls taught us invaluable lessons in resilience, gratitude, and the true meaning of Easter. During our visit, we immersed ourselves in activities, laughter, and heartfelt conversations, cherishing every moment spent with these incredible children and their dedicated volunteers. The volunteers were delighted to share with us some of the wonderful projects the children undertake such as STEM, fashion designing, painting, cooking, and IT skills that the girls are exposed to, ensuring they remain connected and empowered. These initiatives not only foster creativity and skill development but also instill a sense of confidence and belonging. Through these interactions, we were reminded of the boundless power of compassion and human connection. We're immensely grateful to STEGI for welcoming us with open arms and for the invaluable work they do in nurturing and empowering these young minds. Their dedication to providing a safe and loving environment for children in need is truly commendable, and we're honored to stand beside them in their mission. As we reflect on this meaningful experience, let's remember that the essence of Easter lies not only in festivities but also in acts of kindness, generosity, and spreading love wherever we go. Riviera Tower people spent a wonderful Sunday in the "Poseidon Athens Half Marathon" in Paleo Faliro. 🏃♂️ We had a remarkable participation with 24 people in the race of 21km, 10km, 5 km and 5km fast walking. Athletic spirit accompanied by big smiles, laugh and the sun formed a very beautiful atmosphere.
