Comprised of Chapters in the U.S., Asia (China & India), South Africa, Kiev, Europe (Greece, Romania, Spain) CEO Clubs International is a more than 40-year-old nonprofit, by-invitation-only membership association. It was founded in 1977 by Dr. Joseph Mancuso, who left the chairmanship of the management Department of WPI in Worcester, trusting that there should be a better way to learn than solely focusing on individual growth. His vision was to create a premium community of high achievers who help each other grow their businesses “while cherishing some individual time and learning” CEO Clubs mission is to create a fostering environment for CEOs dedicated to improving the quality and profitability of their organizations through shared experience and personal growth. Today, CEO Clubs International has over 15,000 active members in the US and an equal number of overseas, all consisting of CEOs leading multimillion organizations. The Greek Chapter of CEO Clubs Int’l was established in September of 2009 to offer the local business leaders a unique platform for knowledge and business exchange. Through the Forums, Circle meetings, Social Events and special delegations organized CEO Clubs Chapters, it fosters a learning and business networking environment, ideal for CEOs with a sharing and extroverted mentality who are in quest for growth and excellence. The discussion among Elena Chouliara, President & Managing Director AstraZeneca, Stavroula Kampouridou Kambouridou, CEO DIAS, George Karakousis, Deputy CEO PPC S.A. and Kostas Loukas, Regional General Manager of Government Microsoft EMEA, moderated by Dimitris Michopoulos, Vice President of CEO Clubs Greece and Founder of Genius & Crazy, focused on the leadership and organizational #changes that are necessary to achieve unlimited, #inclusive, and #sustainable #growth 📈. 🌟 2024 CEO Clubs Greece Forum Highlights: "Leadership on the Scale: Who Can You Help People Become?" 🌟 📅 On November 14th, our 2024 Forum successfully concluded at the welcoming auditorium of the Athens Conservatoire | Ωδείον Αθηνών. During an insightful #keynote Thomas Kolster with his disarming honesty, pointed out that based on the characteristics of our human nature, the average person cannot remain on a daily basis #motivated by a narrative in the development of which he/she did not really participate, even if that narrative is vital for his/her survival, such as addressing climate change for example. The only way to achieve #exponential leadership and the subsequent levels of co-creation that can guarantee the aspired levels of #evolution is by focusing on human #talent and developing a new corporate #culture that allows each person to turn from a mere follower into a #protagonist-hero.
