Συνάντηση με εκπροσώπους της Ένωσης Ελληνικών Εταιριών Αεροδιαστημικής, 'Αμυνας & Ασφάλειας (Ε.ΕΛ.Ε.Α.Α) είχε ο αντιπρόεδρος της ΕΤΕπ. Τσακίρης (ΕΤΕπ): Aνοίγει ο δρόμος για δανειοδότηση εταιρειών της άμυνας Τις ευκαιρίες χρηματοδότησης με προνομιακούς όρους επενδύσεων στον τομέα της άμυνας και της ασφαλείας συζήτησε σήμερα ο αντιπρόεδρος της Ευρωπαϊκής Τράπεζας Επενδύσεων Γιάννης Τσακίρης, με εκπροσώπους της Ένωσης Ελληνικών Εταιριών Αεροδιαστημικής, 'Αμυνας & Ασφάλειας (Ε.ΕΛ.Ε.Α.Α). «Είναι προφανές ότι οι δυσμενείς γεωπολιτικές εξελίξεις καθιστούν αναγκαία τη στήριξη της Ευρωπαϊκής αμυντικής βιομηχανίας. Στη συνάντηση μου με εκπροσώπους ελληνικών εταιρειών που δραστηριοποιούνται στον τομέα, τους ενημέρωσα για τη νέα και πολύ πιο ευέλικτη πολιτική μας σε αυτό το πεδίο» δήλωσε ο κ. Τσακίρης στο ΑΠΕ-ΜΠΕ. Το πρόγευμα εργασίας με την Ε.ΕΛ.Ε.Α.Α, που πραγματοποιήθηκε στα γραφεία της ΕΤΕπ στην Βασιλίσσης Σοφίας, απόκτησε ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον στον απόηχο των σημαντικών αλλαγών που αποφασίστηκαν πρόσφατα από το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της ΕΤΕπ και οι οποίες ανοίγουν το δρόμο για δανειοδότηση με εξαιρετικά ευνοϊκούς όρους και ελληνικών εταιρειών που δραστηριοποιούνται στον τομέα της άμυνας και της ασφάλειας. «Η συζήτηση ήταν ιδιαίτερα παραγωγική και η Ευρωπαϊκή Τράπεζα Επενδύσεων είναι αποφασισμένη να στηρίξει έμπρακτα επενδύσεις σε υποδομές και έργα διττής χρήσης που θα ενισχύσουν και τη συλλογική μας ασφάλεια και την εγχώρια καινοτομία. Οι ελληνικές επιχειρήσεις, αλλά και δημόσιοι φορείς στο ευρύτερο πεδίο της ασφάλειας και της άμυνας μπορούν να υπολογίζουν και στην προνομιακή χρηματοδότηση της ΕΤΕπ για να πραγματοποιήσουν επενδύσεις τους», συμπλήρωσε ο κ. Τσακίρης. Συνολικά, η ΕΤΕπ, χρηματοδοτικός βραχίονας της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, στοχεύει να διοχετεύσει 6 δισεκατομμύρια ευρώ σε δάνεια τα επόμενα χρόνια σε τέτοια έργα στην Ε.Ε, επιπλέον των μετοχικών επενδύσεων του Ευρωπαϊκού Ταμείου Επενδύσεων (Ε.Τα.Ε), που είναι θυγατρική της και δραστηριοποιείται στον τομέα των μικρομεσαίων και νεοφυών επιχειρήσεων. Το ΕΤαΕ μάλιστα συνήψε αυτήν την εβδομάδα (2 Ιουλίου) και μνημόνιο συνεργασίας με το Ταμείο Καινοτομίας του ΝΑΤΟ (ΝΑΤΟ Innovation Fund), του fund-of-funds στο οποίο συμμετέχουν 24 κράτη-μέλη της Βορειοατλαντικής Συμμαχίας, μεταξύ τους και η Ελλάδα. Περιορισμοί οι οποίοι βρίσκονταν σε ισχύ έως και τον Μάιο και απέτρεπαν την πρόσβαση σε χρηματοδοτήσεις του ομίλου της ΕΤΕπ από εταιρείες και φορείς που δραστηριοποιούνται στον τομέα της άμυνας έχουν αρθεί: Πιο συγκεκριμένα, εταιρείες που επιθυμούν χρηματοδότηση για να αναπτύξουν αγαθά και προϊόντα διττής χρήσης, όπως, π.χ. μη επανδρωμένα αεροχήματα (drones), δεν χρειάζεται πλέον να αποδείξουν ότι το βασικό πελατολόγιο τους και τα έσοδα από τις πωλήσεις θα προέρχονται από μη-στρατιωτικούς σκοπούς.... #ΕΤΕπ #ΕΕΛΕΑΑ #EIB #hasdig #defence # For more information please visit the link below: https://lnkd.in/dKQbSAJZ

At a press conference this morning in Brussels, ASD released the industry Facts & Figures for 2024, quantifying the aerospace and defence industry’s contribution to employment, turnover, exports, and research & development investment over the previous year. Our team is excited to be the full week in La Spezia, Italy 🇮🇹 testing and benchmarking at NATO STO-CMRE - Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation our magnetic and acoustic sensors as well as our Nereid underwater intelligence system. We are thankful for all the preparation done by CMRE team throughout the last months and ready to demonstrate results on the field 💪 The testing is co-funded by NATO DIANA.
