🌟 «Οικονομικά – Φυσικά – Έξυπνα – Καθαρά»: Η νέα ενημερωτική εκστρατεία της ΕΛΕΑΒΙΟΜ για τη θέρμανση με πέλλετ ξύλου! 🌟 🌿📣 Η Ελληνική Εταιρεία Ανάπτυξης Βιομάζας (ΕΛΕΑΒΙΟΜ) ανακοινώνει με χαρά την έναρξη μίας καινοτόμου ενημερωτικής εκστρατείας που στοχεύει στην ευαισθητοποίηση του ευρύτερου κοινού και των επαγγελματιών της αγοράς θέρμανσης για τη σύγχρονη, φιλική προς το περιβάλλον και οικονομική επιλογή θέρμανσης με πέλλετ ξύλου. 📢 Modern wood heating is a vital strategy for measurably reducing the use of fossil fuels for heating while simultaneously improving ambient air quality. Indeed, over the past decade, modern wood heating combustion technology has improved dramatically by increasing efficiency and significantly lowering particulate emissions. ➡️ DID YOU KNOW THAT: The emissions of gaseous pollutants and particles in a certified wood pellet boiler are approximately: 🟢 3.5 times less than that of an old oil boiler-burner system 🔵 and 1,300 times less than that of an open wood fireplace. The weight of particles released in the air are: 🟢 1,33 kg/ year from a modern, EU-certified wood pellet boiler 🔵 1.811 kg /year from a traditional open wood fireplace In particular, the EU has introduced change-out programs to replace old heating systems with new, high-efficiency and certified wood pellet boilers for domestic heating. 🔔 The high calorific value of wood pellets makes them a competitive alternative to traditional fossil fuels like coal and natural gas. ✴️ 🟢 What is calorific value? The calorific value is defined as the quantity of the energy released as heat when then compound or material undergoes complete combustion in the presence of oxygen. A higher calorific value indicates that more energy per unit of fuel is released during combustion. Therefore, more energy output per ton indicates that less fuel is required to be burned to obtain the same energy output. ➡️ The thermal heat capacity of ENplus A1 wood pellets is ≥ 5ΚWh/kg. 🟢 What affects the calorific value of pellets? Overall, the calorific value of any compound is influenced by the raw materials that they are made of. Moisture content can have the greatest affect on the calorific value of wood pellets and on the efficiency of your boiler or stove. ➡️ The rule here is the drier the better.
