A diverse team of first responders and technical partners, all passionate about improving the safety and efficiency of rescuers when responding to disasters, came together in Athens to conduct the first component field tests of SYNERGISE project, consisting of innovative communication, localisation and wearable technologies. It was my privilege to be the Test Director and work with this amazing group of people, who blended dedication, enthusiasm and good humour over the three days, facing and overcoming challenges together. Both Tiina and Tassos have been elected as experts, contributing their extensive knowledge to support the European Commission's DG Home initiatives. Έρευνες για τον εντοπισμό 22χρονου κολυμβητή στη περιοχή του Πόρτο Ράφτη Η Ελληνική Ομάδα Διάσωσης Αττικής HRTA Hellenic Rescue Team of Attica ολοκλήρωσε μια επιχείρηση για τον εντοπισμό αγνοούμενου 22χρονου στη θαλάσσια περιοχή του Πόρτο Ράφτη, υπό τον συντονισμό του Λιμενικού Σώματος. 24 Νοεμβρίου 2024. Την Κυριακή 24/11 κλιμάκιο 19 διασωστών της ΕΟΔΑ πραγματοποίησε παράκτια έρευνα, καλύπτοντας εκτεταμένη ακτογραμμή στην περιοχή. Οι έρευνες διεξήχθησαν μεθοδικά, με στόχο την ταχύτερη δυνατή συλλογή στοιχείων που θα οδηγούσαν στον εντοπισμό του αγνοούμενου. 25 Νοεμβρίου 2024. Τη Δευτέρα 25/11, 3μελη κλιμάκιο της ΕΟΔΑ συμμετείχε στην επιχείρηση, χρησιμοποιώντας το επιχειρησιακό σκάφος “ΜΠΑΡΟΥΧΑΣ”. Οι διασώστες επιχειρούσαν στη θαλάσσια ζώνη του Πόρτο Ράφτη, εστιάζοντας σε σημεία αυξημένου ενδιαφέροντος. Οι έρευνες ολοκληρώθηκαν δίχως αποτέλεσμα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την συνεργασία, το Λιμενικό Σώμα και τις υπόλοιπες εμπλεκόμενες αρχές.
