We are happy to announce that our firm advised Alpha Bank on all Greek law matters in relation to the sale and transfer of a 65% equity stake in Skyline S.A. to P&E Investments S.A., an investment vehicle of DIMAND S.A., Premia Properties REIC and EBRD, concerning a portfolio of 460 real estate assets of multiple types, to be managed by Alpha Real Estate Services S.A.   Our team was led by our real estate partner Vassiliki Salaka, assisted by senior counsel Sophia Mavridou, and associate Katerina Stathakarou.
