🌍 Odyssea, as the coordinator of the NEB VET Label Erasmus+ Project, successfully organized two online focus groups on 31 October and 7 November 2024, facilitated by Dimitrios Spiliotopoulos and Maria Papadopoulou. Odyssea Kicks Off the Fair Youth Labor Label (FYLL) Erasmus+ Project! 🌍 On November 5-6, Odyssea hosted the kick-off meeting of the FYLL Erasmus+ project in Athens, bringing together our incredible partners, DIDAXÉ COOP. SOC. A R.L. from Italy and  Projecteka from Bulgaria. FYLL is all about building a fair and inclusive labor market for young people in Greece, Italy and Bulgaria by promoting workers' rights awareness among youth and encouraging businesses to embrace their social responsibility. Representing Odyssea, Dimitrios Spiliotopoulos joined the discussions and helped set the foundation for this impactful collaboration. 🌄 From the office to the mountains, we just wrapped up an unforgettable 2-day retreat in the stunning town of Arachova! This retreat was the perfect blend of insightful workshops, team bonding, and adventure. We kicked off with some powerful brainstorming sessions, setting the stage for our strategic goals in the years ahead. Then, we took to the breathtaking trails of Eftastomo, Kolokitholaka, and Kolokithovrisi. Along the way, we had some fun with archery! 💡 These moments reminded us that growth happens both indoors and outdoors—through collaboration, exploration, and a shared sense of purpose.
