Yes it does! Our Palletizing software in Progressive Robotics connects to your PLC and can work side-by-side with it exchanging information. In simple cobot cells you can probably get by without a PLC. Simply connect few devices in the robot controller's IOs and define their association in our software. When the setup becomes more complicated you probably can't avoid the PLC. You need much more IOs (custom grippers, conveyors, inverters, printers, pick stations, reject stations, safety curtains) and a dedicated logic inside the PLC. We have you covered! 💪 You can program your logic in the PLC tha same way you did and then define all the handshakes with our palletizing controller. The best part is that you no longer need those crappy HMIs, because everything the user needs is already in our all-in-one interface, that combines versatility and ease of use.
