The R&D Department is assisted and reinforced by the Experimental Kitchen Department and the Industrial Applications Laboratory. New raw materials are constantly tested by using upgraded pilot production methods, which allows the company to develop customized products and recipes for our customers. New recipes are constantly being designed and new projects are being completed, meeting the requirements and needs of the food industry.
