Position Overview:

We are searching for an innovative and people-focused Chief People Officer (CPO) to join our forward-thinking gaming company. Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute a people strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives, enhances employee engagement, and strengthens organizational culture.
• Cultural Stewardship:
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture that reflects our values and inspires collaboration and creativity across all teams.
• Talent Acquisition & Development:
• Lead efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent, particularly in game development and creative roles. Build robust training and development programs to nurture employee growth and leadership potential.
• Employee Experience:
• Design and implement initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement and retention, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience at every touchpoint.
• Performance Optimization:
• Oversee the performance management framework, including goal setting, feedback, and professional development plans, to drive high performance and accountability.
• Organizational Design & Development:
• Partner with leadership to align organizational structure, processes, and policies with the company’s goals. Drive change management initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Advocacy & Employee Relations:
• Act as a trusted advisor for employees and leadership, fostering open communication and addressing workplace challenges with empathy and effectiveness.
• HR Operations:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, optimize HR systems, and oversee benefits and payroll to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the gaming, tech, or creative industries.
• Expertise in building and scaling workplace culture and organizational strategies in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels.
• Strong track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the unique challenges in the industry.
