🌍 First part of October achievements: XGain General Assembly One of the key achievements in October was participating in the XGain General Assembly held in Thessaloniki. This milestone, alongside colleague Annabel Oosterwijk from the #WUR team, focused on reviewing the achievements and planning the next steps 📈 of the project. The assembly featured presentations from all partners on each task's accomplishments, and I had the opportunity to present the achievements of Task 4.2, centered on assessing the 🌱 environmental, 👥 social, and 💰 economic impacts of network communication and edge technologies. The assembly provided a unique opportunity to gather insightful feedback from project partners on the draft assessment, specifically for two XGain use cases: 1️⃣ Lithuanian Use Case: Utilizing 🚁 drones, 📷 cameras, and 5G connectivity 📡 for forest monitoring and fire prevention. 2️⃣ UK Use Case: Applying 🤖 robots, sensors, drones, and 5G for precision agriculture. With these insights, our team is now finalizing the findings and preparing to complete our deliverable. 📝 Looking forward to publishing the results soon in collaboration with colleagues from Wageningen Economic Research and XGain partners, underscoring the transformative potential of these technologies.
