Mr. Earl Harris, Assistant Director-Corporate Services of CARICOM IMPACS said that CBSI-Connect is a significant example of regional collaboration. He also took the opportunity to thank the U.S. Department of State: Bureau of International Narcotics & Law Enforcement (INL) for their unwavering support to CBSI-Connect.

During her address, Ms. Erla Harewood-Christopher, Commissioner of Police, Trinidad and Tobago Police Service stated that CARICOM IMPACS continues to play a pivotal role in building regional capacity. She also noted that #caricomimpacs has been a pillar of sustenance to the #TTPoliceService and, by extension, #CARICOM Member States.
