10x1000 Tech for Inclusion

I first learned about the 10x1000 Tech for Inclusion from my dear Vital Voices Global Partnership sister-Wendy Leong, who also happens to be a 10x1000 ambassador. Wendy shared her excitement about the program, and her passion was contagious. When I got the email saying I had been selected to join the Amplifier Program, I was over the moon. This wasn’t just another learning opportunity—it felt like a chance to grow, connect, and create something meaningful. From the very first module, I knew I was in for a transformative experience. The speakers weren’t just experts; they were people who had walked the walk. Hearing Ikpeme Neto, Founder of WellaHealth, talk about building a mission-driven business resonated deeply with me. His journey reminded me of the challenges and triumphs that come with pursuing a purpose. Each module built on the last, from idea validation with Ayman Bazaraa to crafting a pitch deck that tells a compelling story. The workshops weren’t just theoretical—they pushed us to think critically, collaborate, and refine our visions. But what truly made the Amplifier Program special were the people. Fellow participants from all over the world shared their stories, struggles, and dreams. We supported each other, cheered each other on, and learned from one another in ways that went far beyond the curriculum. This journey has given me more than knowledge—it’s given me clarity, confidence, and a renewed commitment to the work I do. Of course a very big thank you to Xinyi Zhai and the 10x1000 team, thank you for creating a space where entrepreneurs like us can thrive. And to anyone considering joining the program: take the leap. Turning Ideas Into Impact: The WAMECO Co-Founders’ Startup Story Last week, we were thrilled to visit Zhejiang University Zijingang Campus to participate in the International Student Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition Experience Sharing Session organized by the School of International Education at Zhejiang University and hosted by the International Student Entrepreneurship and Employment Club. Our Co-Founders, CEO Monish M. and CBMO Min LUO shared the challenges we faced, the lessons we learned, and how WAMECO 环美佳 went from an idea to a growing business 🌍. Our story began one year ago during the Digital Trade Cup: BRI International Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition at Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS)浙江大学国际联合商学院 🚀. What started as a shared vision quickly turned into late nights 🌙 of brainstorming, refining ideas 💭, and balancing competitions with our studies 📚. We faced cultural and logistical challenges, but with perseverance 💪, we pushed forward, learning from every setback 🔄. We also shared our experience at the 10x1000 Tech for Inclusion, Inclusion Conference in Shanghai. This incredible event allowed us to connect with global thought leaders 🌍 and innovators 💡, reinforcing the importance of inclusion and sustainability in today’s business world. A pivotal moment for us was securing our first major client 🙌. It wasn’t just about the contract 📑—it was the validation of our hard work and commitment. It showed us that persistence and meaningful connections are key to success. Looking back, we’re proud of how far we’ve come, and our journey is far from over. Hello, I'm pleased to announce that I have successfully completed the #10x1000_amplifiers_program by 10x1000 Tech for Inclusion To be honest with you it was a really big challenge for me because first of all I wasn't fluent in English yet, then because I was extremely busy with the #Project #Management by Google certification on Coursera that I'm currently doing and finally because I had to continue doing my job at LABOUSSOLE at the same time and coordinate my teams which isn't easy. During this program we learned 5 modules in general: 🎈Module 0 Onboarding: Setting the Stage for your Entrepreneurial Journey 🎈Module 1 Launchpad: Bringing Tech Innovations for life 🎈Module 2 Iterate and Evolve: Establish a perfect Business Model 🎈Module 3 Growth Strategies : Accelerate your Business Model 🎈Module 4 Investment Attraction: The When, Whom and how What I liked most about this course and what I found most useful were the strategies for rapid growth and fund-raising. This program is incredible, and I can say with authority that so far it's the one that has given me the most diversified network, with entrepreneur friends I now know in Europe and especially in Asia, which I didn't have until now. From 100 registrants to 40 selected fellows, this year’s Amplifier Program was an incredible journey of learning, innovation, and collaboration.
