Hong Kong's First Lifestyle Magazine For South Asians

About us

A-Desiflava means "A Desi Flavor." Established in 2010, A-Desiflava was started with the intention of getting South Asians (Indians, Nepalese, Sri Lankans, Pakistanis, and Bangladeshis) in Hong Kong together under one roof to celebrate events, festivals, and gatherings. Founder Mr. Gaurav Pardeshi and Mrs. Neha Gaurav Pardeshi discovered a gap in the market when they realized that there is a lack of a medium to cover the information required to reach the South Asian audience. So they started planning to launch their own magazine. After a lot of strategic discussions and planning, A-Desiflava Magazine was born. The first issue of A-Desiflava magazine was published in October 2011. Magazine: A-Desiflava is a bimonthly magazine that attracts readers of all ages with its comprehensive coverage of a wide range of topics such as issues faced by the South Asian community in Hong Kong, the dreams of the youth, events, and famous personalities doing exceptional work. The magazine is absolutely FREE for everyone and covers all the relevant information that South Asians enjoy reading about. Given that it is a free bimonthly publication, many large, medium, and small businesses in Hong Kong have frequently supported it by promoting their brands through magazine adverts. Events: On the events front, A-Desiflava continues to organize regular and unique events such as stage shows, live performances, cultural events, and public gatherings. Our main objective is to entertain, enlighten, and engage the South Asian community with our top-notch content and social events. As a result, we created a platform for all to connect with one another. The magazine is listed with "The Office for Film, Newspaper and Article Administration (OFNAA)" in Hong Kong and encompasses A-Desiflava's global trademark registered brand.
