Our initial design consultations are like friendly chats that help both the client and us get to know each other better. It's a chance for clients to see if we're a good fit for them and for us to understand what they're looking for. This step-by-step process makes it easy for clients to start working with us without feeling overwhelmed. In the world of interior design and construction, things can get pretty complicated. There are a lot of details to manage, and it's easy for things to go wrong without proper planning and communication. That's why we guide clients through each stage of the process gradually, rather than bombarding them with everything at once. The small space, heightened the sense, that one is entering a sacred space, to brings reconciliation between God and penitents. Proficiency in Putonghua is a plus. Role Overview In this role, you will be responsible for conceptual design, organize and prepare design presentation, Prepare tender/ construction drawings and documentations, Liaise and co-ordinate with clients and suppliers, prepare concept/ final design presentation boards, material and furniture selections, create 3D model in SketchUp / 3Ds max and overseeing the entire project. Ability to independently handle projects from design inception to completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors for timely and high-quality project execution. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Interior Designer position. Qualifications High Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from accredited institutes. 1-3 years of relevant local experience in designing and managing private residential/workplace/commercial projects.
