The event themed “Taking corporate governance to the next level in Asia” explored a range of topical issues from the CG reform across the region, the rise of activism in Asia and the role of investors and corporates in effective stewardship to the executive compensation structures, robust whistleblower policies for corruption and fraud, AI challenges for boards and investors as well as Asia's NDCs and Net Zero pathway.
