Inspired by the word Camellia Sinensis - the botanical name of the tea tree - ‘Camélia’ is feminine, elegant, and timeless, just like the Grande Dame property herself. This concept pays homage to the vibrant trade on the silk road - an iconic moment that gave rise to the exchange of cultures, produce and movement of ideas. The colours of ‘Camélia’ are inspired by the fresh and rich tones of teas, coffees, and cacao beans that were exchanged on the silk road and which influenced many of the speciality items on the menu.
