It aims to promote social inclusion and sustainable inclusive employment while introducing a fresh wave of diversity into the Creative and Social Innovation Industry. Last Sunday, our one-day bootcamp at 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 was a resounding success. We brought together over 20 enthusiastic young multicultural talents, all eager to explore careers in the Creative and Social Innovation Industry, and broaden their horizons for future work opportunities. Creativity begins with empathy. In line with this belief, the bootcamp kicked off with the Dialogue Experience DIDF Dialogues in the Dark – an inspiring experience that underscores the importance of seeing from others’ perspectives to understand others’ needs. This is followed by a “Human Library” session where young practitioners in the industry, Alex, Ellis, Frank and Phoebe, were invited to share their stories and career insights. Looking ahead, these young talents will have the opportunity to intern in the Creative and Social Innovation Industry this summer.
