Whether it’s meeting deadlines or crossing the finish line, HAECO people consistently shine, tackling every challenge with determination and pride.   Earlier this month, our people came together to put their physical fitness to the test at the Three-Runway System 10km International Race at Hong Kong International Airport. Our runners had an awesome opportunity to bond, push their limits, and celebrate their collective achievements. Following that, another team joined forces under HAECO in the first-ever HYROX event in Hong Kong, completing 8 sets of a 1 km run, each paired with a functional movement.   Here’s to our HAECO people who work hard and play hard—always striving for excellence both in the workplace and beyond! It’s #NationalApprenticeshipWeek in the US, and we are proud to celebrate the talented apprentices and dedicated instructors at our facility in Lake City, Florida! Kudos for passing on the essential skills to prepare the next generation of aircraft maintenance technicians for a fulfilling career. Our two-year apprenticeship program provides students with a pathway to join HAECO as an Interiors or Structures Mechanic. Apprentices will begin with seven weeks of paid technical instruction, followed by on-the-job training in our hangar, all while receiving valuable mentorship from our experienced aircraft technicians. HAECO is proud to celebrate the successful delivery of our 100th E190 landing gear at our specialised facility in Xiamen. This milestone underscores the strong partnership between HAECO Landing Gear Services and Liebherr Group, with whom we have worked together since 2017 to enhance landing gear maintenance services for E-Jet E1 operators. Building on our Embraer E190 agreement, Liebherr-Aerospace will further support HAECO in expanding its landing gear overhaul services for the COMAC C909 by the end of this year, enabling us to deliver our state-of-the-art maintenance solutions to COMAC operators in the Chinese Mainland and beyond. We are grateful for the opportunity to deepen our partnership with Liebherr-Aerospace to address the growing needs of our customers. HAECO is joining hands with Zhuhai Technician College (ZTC) to strengthen the aviation talent pipeline in the Greater Bay Area! Through this partnership, HAECO will introduce selected essential aircraft maintenance training courses at ZTC, with plans to offer more HAECO-branded courses and establish a dedicated training institution at ZTC in the future.
