Last week, H&H celebrated its first ever IT open day, a global initiative designed to educate teams on the transformative role of IT in driving business success. Hosted in China, North America, Europe and Australia & New Zealand, the event engaged over 1,800 participants both online and offline, showcasing themes of innovation, efficiency, and collaboration. Adrian Ubaldi joined H&H Group in 2016 as a packaging and labelling associate, a few months after the acquisition of Swisse Wellness (part of H&H Group). He quickly became responsible for in-house packaging artwork delivery for the Australia & New Zealand business and was instrumental in developing the brands' local presence. His remit then expanded to delivering artwork across the China region, eventually becoming an in-house design resource predominantly supporting both Swisse and Biostime. Today Adrian sits in the Global Marketing team leading H&H Group's global visual identity and product artwork team. His team provides creative design services for the Group and its brands across many different regions and each business segment; Adult Nutrition & Care, Baby Nutrition & Care, and Pet Nutrition & Care. Last month, The H&H Foundation supported H&H Ireland's R&D team to take part in Run In The Dark. This remarkable global event attracts 25,000 participants across 50 cities in support of the Mark Pollock Trust's mission to find a cure for paralysis. Connecting individuals physically and virtually as they run or walk 5k or 10k, from cities across the world, this night-time movement lights up streets across four continents. We are pleased to announce our Q3 2024 results. The Group delivered growth across its nutritional supplements category, a key strategic area and growth driver for H&H. The Adult Nutrition and Care segment performed well, driven by the strength of our core markets of mainland China and Australia & New Zealand where Swisse Wellness (part of H&H Group) reaffirmed its leading market positions. Our Pet Nutrition and Care segment saw a steady increase in sales, led by Zesty Paws (part of H&H Group) in its home market of North America, while we continued to establish the brand across Europe and Southeast Asia following a successful launch earlier in the year. The Baby Nutrition and Care segment continued to face challenges in mainland China due to ongoing industry challenges in the super-premium infant milk formula (IMF) segment. Despite this, we maintained our no.3 position in this category in mainland China, and expanded our market share.
