Similarly, Hong Kong Airlines maintains the highest safety standard, enhancing the passenger experience and ensuring safe arrival at their destinations. On 26 November, we hosted a valuable collaborative session with Hong Kong Tramways at our HKA Training Academy. We were delighted to welcome Mr Paul Tirvaudey, Managing Director of Hong Kong Tramways, who shared insights into the company's service philosophy, operational safety procedures, and strategies for enhancing ancillary revenue in the face of recent challenges. Our teams from Corporate Safety, Quality Assurance & Security, Branding, Communications & Live Streaming, and Operations engaged in productive discussions on innovative projects, safety management best practices, and service culture, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange. ⭐ Exploring the HKA Training Academy Following the session, Mr Tirvaudey and his team toured our state-of-the-art training facilities, including flight simulators, cabin mock-ups, and the Integrated Operations Control Centre, showcasing our commitment to aviation training excellence.
