Our office was filled with warmth and excitement as we welcomed a group of students to our workspace. Arranged by The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) and Employees Retraining Board (ERB), the office tour was a valuable opportunity for us to actively engage with these young, aspiring visitors. Our mission was to provide these students with a glimpse at the diverse roles and possibilities that exist within an organisation, inspiring them to take the initiative in shaping their careers. Through engaging conversations and sharing experiences, we endeavoured to ignite their curiosity and passion, and encourage them to pursue their dreams.
