Our office was filled with warmth and excitement as we welcomed a group of students to our workspace. Arranged by The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) and Employees Retraining Board (ERB), the office tour was a valuable opportunity for us to actively engage with these young, aspiring visitors.   Our mission was to provide these students with a glimpse at the diverse roles and possibilities that exist within an organisation, inspiring them to take the initiative in shaping their careers. Through engaging conversations and sharing experiences, we endeavoured to ignite their curiosity and passion, and encourage them to pursue their dreams. Many of these students are currently in the crucial stage of their secondary school studies, where decisions about their future paths begin to take shape. We firmly believe that a career should transcend mere occupation and serve as a gateway to fulfilment where personal values intertwine with work, propelling them towards a future brimming with possibilities and purpose.   Welcoming these budding minds to our workspace reaffirm our commitment to inspiring and guiding the next generation. We recently celebrated the grand opening of our second headquarters (HQ2), a brand-new workplace strategically located in Kowloon West. It sits in the centre of a 30-minute circle that ties our exciting projects together - including the Kai Tak Sports Park, 11 SKIES, Victoria Dockside and the North Metropolis. With two headquarters in Central and Kowloon West, we’re now perfectly positioned for the next stage of growth.   At New World, we believe that a workplace should go beyond tangible features and architecture.
