愛爾蘭利默里克郡的4星酒店

Had a fantastic stay. Really comfy beds, friendly staff and a great location. The cold water station in the reception was appreciated

From the moment we arrive in the hotel we got first class treatment. Caroline on reception was amazing so helpful and all the staff our husband's went golfing and my friend and,I stayed in hotel and it was so refreshing to see the manager with his sleeves rolled up working in the restaurant. Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. My husband is on Dialysis and he has a very strict diet and for the first time in 2 yrs we had no problem getting his food requirements. The only thing I would say is bathrooms need to be updated and more sockets in the room . We will be back Many Thanks to all at the Castletroy Park Hotel

一塵不染的酒店和可愛的位置。停車在拐角處和街對面,在團體旅行時沒什麼大不了的,但如果晚上獨自旅行,會讓我緊張。酒店也爲您提供了一張代金券,當天我的停車位從11.50降至2.40。工作人員非常樂於助人,友好。

Stayed on a business trip and chose the Longcourt as t was close to where I was working, I had passed by this hotel on numerous occasions and I was always curious as on the outside it looked like a nice property. The room was basic and very cold and no option to turn the heating on, the room was also badly lit which is not conducive to business travellers who may have to work when they are staying over. The room was clean but the bathroom was in need of a do over. Housekeeping had not cleaned the sink at all as there was dried toothpaste in it. I decided to try out the barfood as the bar to give credit is a stunning bar, very spacious without tables being squashed on top of each other. The barstaff are very friendly and my food and drink order was taken quickly but that's where the magic ended. After over an hour waiting on my food I had to give up and leave because there was no sign of the food coming and the bar was only about one third full on the night so the were slammed busy excuse couldn't even be used. The waiter who was very embarrassed at the wait said the order was with the kitchen but that was all. I had to leave and go elsewhere for food. The bed was comfortable but my god the room was cold, never again would I stay because the room was not warm. The breakfast was delicious, a large portion and the nicest mushrooms I have ever tasted, coffee was lovely and the service was quick. Plenty of parking on site and the hotel is in close proximity to shops. The location is great but the room and bar food service were very big disappointments for me especially since the room was € 185 for one nights bed and breakfast, in future I will be travelling into Limerick instead when working in this area because this lovely property was a let down.

Such a beautiful hotel. From the front of house right through to the bar staff and the ladies in the dining room we were made feel most welcome. The decor has a lovely relaxing feel which helps decompress from the madness of the outside world. Our room was very comfortable. Spotless and inviting. Thank you. We will be back!
