I stayed in Sheraton Lampung for 3 nights from 23 - 26 Jan 2023. Initially I booked a standard room, but it turned out the room had problems with the AC and shower. I complained about this to the manager (Ms. Heny). Upon receiving my complain, Ms.Heny acted quickly and responsively, and tried her very best to ensure that all the problems were addressed, up to the point of changing and upgrading my room to junior suite with no additional charges. High appreciation to Ms.Heny for this extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Moreover, the service of all the staff is just top-notch and high class. In addition to giving the best hotel service I've experienced thus far, the employees at Sheraton Lampung also showed hospitality and friendliness that is really warm and amiable. I traveled solo at the time, but I was feeling as though I were staying with family and friends because of the friendliness of all the staff, especially Ms. Destri at the restaurant who was friendly, pleasant, and attentive eventhough the restaurant was quite hectic during breakfast hour. I highly recommend Sheraton Lampung to anyone traveling to Lampung, whether you're traveling solo or with your partner or family, whether it's a business or pleasure trip.
