Nice wee hotel this. A little out of the way but tram stop basically right outside the door so this wasn’t really too much of an issue. Staff friendly enough and just let to your own devices without them bothering you all the time. Would happily stay here again.

Didn't stay, walked in, dirty, smelly, and nobody about to book in. Wouldn't refund me Never again

Seriously need of a make over 1 star it need modernising as things are drap and decor stuck in the past on up side very quiet out on a lim so no noise of cars hardly not wheel chair accessible as there is only stairs on hotel no lifts if ur not familiar with Blackpool recommend finding name hotel to get post code

It is what it is you get what you pay for but if your whant ing a more modern hotel and more central I would choose another as this hotel is far away and requires trams into black to get to place on the other hand if you whant peace n quiet this is ok cheap n cheer full

I don't like writing bad reviews, but... arrived at the hotel, the guy at reception was very nice and gave information about the hotel. Went to the rooms we had booked, didn't really take much notice apart to drop the bag off, then went into town. You need to get the tram / bus taxi as a its a little too far out to walk into the town. Returned around 10 ish. Went to My room, which was a standard double...see front. There was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom, which seemed to spread to the main area, and also, the bedding on the bed also smelt like this. Also, a cheap blind which might of well not been there.. Around 10.30 all I can was boom boom music either from the hotel or the apartment next door, this continued until around 4.30am...the window in the bedroom was broken so heard all the traffic and trams going past. Which at least nubbed the music for a few minutes. The bathroom was very dated and also smelt terrible, with blood and dirt on the wall.. there are a lot of places to stay in Blackpool and I really wouldn't recommend this. I travelled with my dad, who is 70, and he didn't sleep due to the music/ noise. Door's where slamming all night. I am aware this might not have been in the hotel and may have been the apartment next door. But still, we had no sleep all night. As a family visiting Blackpool, I don't think this is the place for you. I literally left at 8am due to not sleeping and the tram waking me up at 6.30am or I would have spoken to the owner regarding these issues, but no one was there until 10am to report it. With a bit of refurbishment and the type of guesses they let book, then I think it could be a lot better.

Absolutely disgusting Hotel, one of the rooms we'd booked had no curtains up and wall was damp with wallpaper peeling off, someone had put a rubber glove over the smoke alarm, never I've I ever stayed in such a awful hotel..

We paid £46 for the night so knew we wouldn’t be getting five star. Good points The staff were friendly Free parking Clean bedding and towels Cheap rate Right opposite tram Bad points Rooms need renovating badly Window didn’t close properly Bedroom door lock was a bit dodgy The hotel is a good few miles from the main ***** but the tram gets you there handy. You can walk if it’s nice and you don’t mind it but would take around an hour walk from the pier Hope this is helpful - to summarise if you’re going for a quick night and don’t mind a cheap and cheerful room go for it, if you’re expecting luxury spend more

The man went out his way to help you he moved us from back room to a seaview room which was better for my grandkids the breakfast was lovely even for me being fussy would stay again it was clean and secure

Just checked out ! Room looked like it's had just been refurbished. Excellent value for money , 6 of us in total and no complaints . 100% use this place again, spoke to owner a few times , really nice to get along with . We also had the breakfast ( £10 each ) and we were all happy with it

Absolutely disgusting hotel didn't get any sleep due to it being so cold no central heating at all the room was dated and so run down and as for the breakfast !!!! Worst breakfast I have ever had wasent even bacon but turkey rashes lol will never go back Iam suprised a hotel like that is up and running it needs shutting down

Dissatisfied with room heating went of every 2 hours no locks on the windows could shut them hole place was cold no central heating in hole place .very cold that's included the staff breakfast was discussing greasy and wasn't asked wot we wanted on the plates .room wasn't clean. Will never go back there again

We arrived, and from the outside, it looked run down and empty. It was locked up, although we were a little early, I at least thought the doors would be open. When owners wife, eventually arrived to check guest in at reception, she was however, very friendly. But at that point, she seemed to be the only staff member. In fact, there seemed to be, only herself, and another lady, who worked there. Rooms were clean..ish, but decor was a lot to be desired, and I could smell a strange smell, that seemed to linger everywhere, even in the breakfast. The breakfast wasn't the best. Brown towels, lilac, pink sheets weren't inviting, and room was very small, and badly furnished and badly arranged. Very basic, but did have portable TV. To be honest, it was more like an hostel. Bath and shower, and toilet we're ok, but badly needed updating.

The hotel room was too small and dirty. No milk was provided so me and my wife could have a cup of coffee. No batteries in tv remote so couldn’t watch tv in my room. Room did not have a shower only as requested as my wife has a disability. The heating was left on all night so couldn’t get a good nights sleep due to sweating really bad. Not good value for money as paid out £340 for three nights stay and that did not include breakfast, that was extra at £10 per person per day. Absolute rip off tbh. The location was ok as it was opposite a tram stop. Sorry but would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also there was no lift as stated on ***********
