Wir hatten einen Kurzurlaub im Mai in diesem Hotel verbracht und fanden es sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und professionell, die Lage ist Top, und in dem SPA Bereich könnte man den ganzen Tag verbringen. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben Wald und hat einen kostenfreien Parking für seine Kunden, eine große Auswahl an Essen und sehr saubere Räumen. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder!

Very good hotel at great location near to the lift and ski slopes/pistes. We had a successful company team building for more than 400 people and the hotel responded to all our needs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. The food and atmosphere in the restaurant is good. The staff is polite and friendly. Spa treatments are great to end the day after activities in the mountains.

The hotel was booked by our company for the business gathering. It was a great experience. Ski resort in May might not be your preferred destination, but Rila is fantastic. First, food is delicious. Second, rooms are modernly equipped and comfortable. And what a view you get in the morning, peaceful and calm, and such a great fresh air! Third, swimming pool is not a small pool but a real 25m pool where you can train. And of course, fourth, the hiking trails and the breathtaking views are great. Finally, hotel staff, from reception to the bar, they were all very helpful, responsive and nice to us.
