It might be difficult to find the entrance of the property. Even the tricycle driver might not know the property, which happened to my driver. When you book the property, you might receive the instruction ”Lotto Outlet in Coron town proper”. It is correct and even my driver knew it. After you get off your tricycle there, look for Jasmine’s Place and Islands View Inn. You probably should mention Jasmine’s Place to your driver, which should be easier for drivers. The entrance of Seascape house is between the 2 hotels. Just walk between the hotels. There is no proper reception area but you will see a desk. I think they might be waiting for you if you tell them your estimated time of arrival. I stayed at 3 properties during my trip to Palawan (Puerto Princesa, El Nido and Coron) . Seascape House is the cleanest and tidiest. - Clean Showerroom with hot water shower - Wifi - TV - AC with remote. - Fun (pull switch) - Plenty of closet space with lots of hangers I stayed on the ground level next to the reception desk. I had a single sofa and laundry rack in front of the room, which is very helpful but do not expect sunshine there. One day, I had to ask the owner to hang my wet bathing suits elsewhere so it would get dried. There is no electric kettle in your room. If you wish, you have to go up to the 3rd level. There is public space on the 3rd level. As I wanted to drink coffee in the early morning ( I brought it with me, it is not complimentary coffee), I asked the owner to prepare boiled water every morning. Otherwise there is nothing on the 3rd level. You can use the tables and chairs, though. There is a fridge as well. There is no kitchen that you can use/cook. You might find it a bit inconvenient not to have a kettle in your room. Also there is no view out of the window as this property is surrounded with other hotels. The location is excellent. It is in the center of downtown. Real street is just one block away. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars on Real Street. The owner is very very helpful ! I really appreciate their support on getting E-device etc which was mandatory for travellers to have when visiting Coron at that time.
