Very clean. Staff were very attentive and always willing to help. Would stay again if we visited Fez again :-)

Expérience au spa Escale a 125 euros (+10% de frais de services ajoutes ! ) Hammam froid , malgré plusieurs demandes Personnel attentif pour le gommage etc mais dans un hammam froid…. Allonge sur des tapis en plastique , Salle de massage glaciale a l arrivée Massage biens Pour ce prix et ce niveau de « chic » ce ´ était pas du tout a la hauteur !

A beautiful oasis within the medina. We had a lovely room with an upstairs space that was perfect for our daughter. We only got to spend one night here and I only wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was top notch. We enjoyed drinks at the end of the day in the beautiful courtyard. My only complaint was with the amount of scent used in our room. It was not a bad smell but it was overwhelming.

What a unique and unexpected experience. We stayed here 2 nights as part of our tour. The staff are very helpful, the food is delicious. Breakfast is not buffet, they serve you. If you want eggs, just ask! My only recommendation would to be an explanation of what is going to happen, I like to just drink coffee first then eat, the food was just brought out so was cold by the time I ate it. If you stay here, our guide suggested we not leave the hotel or we would be lost. Loved the opportunity to stay here! Thank you!

A gem in the middle of the buzzing souk of the old city centre. You walk through a gate and arrive in a sanctuary. Lovely welcome tea and biscuits. Beautiful decorated rooms in traditionally decor. Green inner courtyard with lots of birds and a fountain. Individual breakfast plates with local dishes. A roof top cafe and bar to relax. We had a very enjoyable stay

This Riad in Fes is a true gem. With its stunning interior courtyard, comfortable rooms, and immaculate bathroom, it provides an ideal setting for relaxation. The rooftop offers breathtaking views, but the real highlight is the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Highly recommended for an authentic experience.

Our small group had a very warm welcome by the management, and we were escorted to our respective rooms. They were all different and were very comfortable and quiet. Nice bathroom. Great rooftop area. This place is right in the Medina, so it's best to have help finding it and getting your bags there. Lovely restaurant with a great dinner and traditional Moroccan breakfast. Highly recommended.

Si tenes pensado ir a Marruecos, por supuesto Tenes que ir a Fez, y si lo haces el lugar ideal para hospedarse es el Palais Amani. Un Palacio antiguo restaurado a todo su esplendor. Implacable todo. Desde que entras parece que estás en una película. Su patio de los naranjos divino. Las habitaciones decoradas muy bien, súper impecables. Las sábanas suaves, las toallas súper súper suaves y enormes! Muy buen desayuno! Gracias por todo! La pasamos muy bien. Felicitaciones por el hotel, es lindísimo y está impecable. It is literally a palace! The garden is breathtaking! Good amenities and quality. The staff is very friendly. It is located right in the medina. The walk up to it was cool because it looks like you are lost in a tight labyrinth until you suddenly face the large door and walk in.

Amazing hotel. The owner its on site and very attentive of all guest trying to help us with everything. She made a spectacular new years eve party for us with live music we will never forget it. The sheets are better than in the four seasons. Every time you go out of the room they come in to clean or dry the shower. The nuts and dry fruits on the room are delicious. They gove you morrocan slippers its a super nice detail. Highly recommend it!

Was wonderful - beautiful courtyard , spacious rooms , peaceful oasis in thr midst of the Fez souk . We did enjoy a meal at the restaurant which was very good as was the included breakfast . Staff was attentive and friendly . Would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Moroccan experience .

We had a lovely stay here during our time in Fes! The rooms are beautiful, and the location can’t be beat. The breakfast each morning was fabulous, and the service was impeccable. We also took their cooking class, which was exceptional. Our guide took us on a market tour in the morning, where we sampled food at several restaurant stalls and bought ingredients for the meal we were going to cook. The class itself was conducted in an outdoor kitchen on the roof, with a beautiful view of the Medina. And the food was delicious! I cannot recommend it enough.

We had a hammam and massage. It was fabulous! The staff took great care of us. We went as a foursome, and we received our services in pairs. After our treatments, we sat in the beautiful courtyard and had some delicious tea prepared by a very nice man who taught us how to make the tea along with some Arabic words. I would look into staying here in the future.

Wonderful introduction to Morocco! This beautiful, intimate riad and staff are top-notch. Beds are comfortable, breakfast and dinner very tasty. The courtyard is serene. The medina location is convenient. Manager Karine Orfila greeted us and was available if needed during our 4-night stay. After two weeks in-country, our group of four decided it was very high on our list of favorites; if/when we return to Marrakech, we won't hesitate to book with Riad Idra again!

This hotel is an authentic centuries old private residence, carefully converted into a hotel. Each room is completely different and some are two stories. Our two story room had a sitting/living room area with a full bathroom. Upstairs a very comfortable king bed and smaller bathroom. It was a delight to stay here as you felt totally a part of Morocco. I wasn't a fan of the fixed breakfast menu, but it was authentic Fes, Morocco. Be sure and have the bar send your evening cocktail to the outdoor terrace roof garden for wonderful sunset views across the city. You might consider a cooking class on the roof garden as well.
