設有健身室的河內酒店

酒店地理位置不錯，旁邊就是網紅鐵路，附近就是河內著名景點～總統府、古皇城、**湖、大教堂……遊玩很方便！酒店衞生不錯，設施也較新，早餐也挺豐富的，住的比較舒服（就是酒店的窗户比較小，估計是河內建築特色）。在這裏要重點説一下，老闆Tony人很不錯，服務好，人熱情！讓人賓至如歸的感覺！很Nice的一個老闆，此處應該有32個贊！ 這裏要重點説一下@就是那個年輕的服務員比較不好説話，態度傲慢，説話語氣很拽很拽！讓人特別不舒服！”這家酒店是禁煙🚭的，但是酒店前台服務人員卻沒有在入住的時候告知我們，而且我們也就在洗手間抽了一根煙而已，那服務員看着我們要趕飛機，故意為難我們，抽了一根煙就要罰款200萬越南盾！請問小弟你是**嗎？是的，我們是不應該吸煙，但是之前你沒温馨提醒我們啊！也沒説在洗手間抽一支煙就要罰200萬啊！如早知道禁煙，我們肯定遵守不會抽煙。好在當時老闆Tony在場，經過一番溝通之後，Tony通情達理的免去了罰款，還讓服務員把我們的passport還給我們了。在此為Tony老闆點贊👍👍👍（下次有機會過來還會回來住這酒店的，但是希望別再讓我看到那個小個子服務員了）

我在這裏旅行,但仍然有機會真正享受我的住宿。這家酒店就像全新的酒店,位於一個完美的地點,我可以探索所有舊區。工作人員也很棒,特別是斯特拉。她幫了我們很多忙,花了很多時間回答我所有的愚蠢的問題,讓我無聊的早餐更令人愉快。總體來說,這家酒店是您想要感受老城區中心地帶的感覺應該入住的地方。我很快就會回來的。

全般的に素晴らしいですが、家族3人で予約してアメニティが2セットしか無かった。 追加を頼んでもDon’t worry って取り合ってくれないのか、聞かないのか。。。 フロントの人に話したら用意はしてくれたけど、まだバスローブ、スリッパが足りない… 特に問題なかったからいいけど、それだけ残念ポイントでマイナスかな。 でも、また泊まろうと思います。

攜程的售後非常給力，不管是國內還是國外預訂的酒店有問題都能給解決，這個酒店本來定的大床房，因為入住有點不愉快，聯繫了客服，然後聯繫了酒店，給我升級了套房，很愉快的度假。

河內的酒店不是很好挑選，很多看起來很漂亮的酒店，實際只有5-6層高的自建房。比較豪華一些的都在北寧，離河內市區很遠。這家超級蠟燭是對比下來距離和設施比較不錯的，而且服務也很好。 房間大小30平左右，四星級中規中矩。春節期間300多不到400的價格我覺得相當實惠了。其中一天還給免費升級了行政套房

非常棒的一次體驗。酒店不但設施五星，服務我給六星。行政酒廊的下午茶太棒了，不能錯過。酒吧也非常不錯。總之就是好極了。管家叫Jack，服務到位給力。去哪裡都非常方便，巴亭那邊稍稍遠點。打車還是推薦grab軟件。招手打車被坑了一把，實在不習慣那n個0。

這次再去！㐧一天入住有服務人員幫忙把行李從車上拿下來！㐧二天門口一個人都沒有！都在裡面聊天？早餐明顯改善，能吃的東西變多了！房內的水！还是捨不得花ㄧ瓶4000的水给客人！还是打开的壺裝水？能不能放兩瓶4000的水！有需要！我們可以付費？

從機場來要半個小時多的車程，沿着西湖邊即使夜晚也很塞車。旁邊的喜來登很高一棟，洲際則最高才五樓，因為大多數房間在水上。原來安排我們是主樓二樓的市景房，窗外就對着民居。然而房間內有衹蒼蠅一直在飛，衹好跟前台説。前台一下子就説換房。安排了服務員來拿行李，看到新房卡寫6XX，我就説主樓沒六樓啊。跟着下了樓，出了門口，開着電瓶車來了水上的樓。我還以為聽錯問我們願不願意加錢換房，後來前台説為表歉意是換了湖景水上房。房間大小其實跟主樓差不多，都是很大，浴室就比市內其他酒店要大了，還有浴缸。陽台門打開就是西湖，景觀真的一流。雖然跟杭州西湖沒法比。早餐很棒，服務很棒，就是附近太爛了，不過不是酒店的錯吧…

My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay at the Somerset Westpoint for about 3 months in 2021, waiting for the permanent house we had found to be available for us to move in with all our furniture. We got a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor, with an amazing view overlooking West Lake. Beautiful place, modern and stylish, all the furniture and appliances were just in perfect condition. The outdoor swimming pool (probably around 25m long) is wonderful and never crowded so you can actually swim for your daily exercise if that is part of your routine. They also have a great gym and a virtual golf practice that seems to be state of the art technology (but we never used it). So the place itself is amazing, modern and charming, pristine clean, and greatly located in Tay Ho. But even more outstanding maybe is how nice everyone has been there with us during our stay. From the housekeeping to the front desk staff and the management, everyone has just been wonderful to us (and I am not saying that just because we got a totally unexpected special chocolate treat on Bastille Day – we are French…) Impossible to mention everybody here but we would like to give special mentions to the ones that we remember the name of and that we had a special relationship with: our dedicated and meticulous housekeeper, Hoang Diu, who took such good care of our home during these three months; Kylie Quynh who was able to locate for us the manufacturer of some of the furniture at Somerset that we wanted to get for ourselves, Mr Mitchell, always so nice and pleasant, and of course Miss Minna, always smiling, who made me feel at home with her great French speaking abilities and who gave us as a souvenir an orchid from her garden that is now in ours. Also, I would like to mention someone that we have never met in person but that we exchanged a lot on WhatsApp with, Miss Doan Thanh Huyen, customer representative, who helped us with the logistic of moving in and out, and who has proven herself to be an amazing incarnation of “customer satisfaction first”. We have travelled a lot, in many different countries, and I have to say that this place really stands out. Big thanks to all the team for making us feel so comfortable and wishing you all the success that you deserve!
