河內3星級酒店

Nice hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room was spacious and totally sufficent for my wife, three kids (10 months, 3 and 6 years old) and me. The bathroom has grown a little long in the tooth, but in the end still acceptable. The included breakfast was ok, but due to the limited space, there was little choice. The staff was really gentle and attentive and gave us a lot of useful hints on Hanoi. As the hotel is located in the old quarter all important sights and also the central railway station are in walking distance (20 minutes by foot, but exhausting when you have luggage). Additionally you will find a huge number of small supermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. Last but not least, the WIFI is working good. All in all we had a really a good time and we would stay at Little Diamond Hotel again.

Highly recommended ! Hotel and its services are tremendous we mostly spend time in lobby with friends they take care of us always provide what we want . Also it's staff is very much cooperative and humble . Whenever I will have get the chance to visit Hanoi , I will prefer Vision hotel Boutique ..

位置於老街及還劍湖附近，飲食，按摩，購物非常方便，酒店迎賓送飲料再送地圖講解，英語為主，週日附近會封路成為步行街。房間對外隔音很好，但缺點有以下2樣其中一晚有法國情侶住客過運動，由洗手間傳來女叫聲，持續了40分鐘，我也心中向他們打氣叫加油，之後終平靜，酒店小窗沒遠景可看，但優點也是可避免外街車輛噪音，早餐為餐點項目，有中西選擇，前台可代叫熟悉的士，免被冒險遇上黑Taxi，亦可暫存行李，最後離開前，我也提前發小紅包以表中越友好

評級總是以個人標準和評判標準爲基礎,爲此,我從一個廉價機場酒店的角度來,這是河內內白機場週邊最好的機場酒店,價格也不錯。不要指望洲際自助早餐,商務休息室和喜歡。房間挺新的,乾淨,功能齊全,很大。儘管離機場近,但從着陸飛機幾乎聽不到任何東西。早餐充其量很簡單,工作人員似乎還在“培訓”,只有Brian是“老闆”。屋頂游泳池看起來維護不好,娛樂室完全廢棄了,隨着足球和檯球桌的剩餘收集灰塵,它已成爲存儲和停車區。但是嘿,這是一個機場酒店。目的是讓人們睡1晚,然後離開提示。它位於一個美麗的農村地區,所以不要指望附近有任何既定的餐館或便利店。想想路邊小販和自營的供應商店。總之,河內諾伊白機場附近最好的機場酒店。

I had stayed in this hotel for 2 visits. The first visit was from 6 Nov (1 Night) and the second one was from 9 Nov to 11 Nov (2 Nights). For the first visit, i booked a Triple room with Balcony. The room was ok and i did not have any complaints. However, my second visit turned out to be extremely disturbing for us. We had booked a Family Suite. We reached the hotel at around 2 pm, but our room was not ready. In fact, the front desk guy could not even locate my reservation. To give him some time, I went out for lunch and returned back after an hour. The frnt desk guy showed me my room which was supposed to be a family room (according to him). However, there was some luggage in the room. As such, I refused to enter the room since I did not want to enter into trouble with the other guest, whose luggage was kept in his room. So, I informed him to give me some other family suite, which he could not give. SO, we had no choice but to occupy the triple room with Balcony for our stay. Obliviously, we requested the front desk to refund back (not the entire money - but the difference between the two rooms). However, he refused to do it and spoke very rudely and asked us to cancel the room. However, I did not want to waste my money since it was a non redundable booking and I had on option but to stay in the hotel. We asked for face napkins (A basic thing which every 3* hotel is expected to have). However, they did not have any such thing. The breakfast was also very basic and not to the bare minimum standard of a 3 star property. Seeing the limited options for veg (not the hotel's fault that some of us are veg), we asked for honey. However, the hotel did not even have honey, which is to be applied to the bread. And this is only the beginning of the story. The hotel forgot to collect payment from us for our first visit. I returned back to India and the front desk staff contacted me for the payment. By that time, I had posted a very brief feedback about the property on some booking portal. I readily agreed to pay and made the payment. The moment the payment was made, the tone of the frot desk staff changed dramatically. He started calling me names and threatened to broadcast my negative feedback everywhere in Vietnam (i have whatsapp to prove my claims about this). However, I refused to take back my feedback and have gone ahead to post it on tripadvisor. I will not advise anyone to stay or not to stay in this property since everyone is his or her best judge. However, i felt that a front desk guy threatening people for giving a honest feedback does not go down well in any service industry. The basic thing which they could have done is to speak to us to understand our concerns and resolve it to the best of their ability. However, they chose the other way of threating to defame my name unless I do not take back my review on the othe site.

這是我第二次訪問河內,我回到了同一個酒店,因爲這裏簡直是一個很棒的住宿地點,工作人員可愛,地理位置優越。我住的頂樓有私人陽台,可以望向河內聖約瑟的後面。多層酒店很乾淨,只有12個房間,每個層有兩個大房間。設置在一個安靜的街道上,通往法國街區的繁華盡頭,步行可到各種令人難以置信的商店、餐飲店。步行到Hoan Kiem湖只需10分鐘。早餐包含在非常體面的價格房費中。從今天開始,你可以選擇鹹肉、香腸和雞蛋,或者選擇Pho。酒店的經理寶琳英語非常流利,她的超高效率導致無縫接送機場,以及我的家人前往哈龍灣和梅州。我期待着回到河內,並在此停留,小寶。

We had an amazing time in this hotel. The location was perfect and Andrew at the front desk was exceptional. He helped guide us, give us recommendations and even helped us call and book our transport to Ha Long Bay. If you're looking for a great location with a great price this is your choice

我討厭寫任何負面的關於我們的旅行,但這次經歷抑制了最迷人和美麗的河內最棒的幾天之一。說實話,中央公園酒店唯一真正要做的事情就是它的位置,但對於價格,我建議你多花一點錢爲自己的健康。當我們到達時,該地區停電,雖然我知道這是酒店無法控制的,但在照明方面沒有做出任何努力,甚至照亮了黑暗,長長的入口,樓梯和接待區。我們遇到的一個工作人員很好,但在給我們鑰匙後,互動保持在最低限度(可能是因爲英語有限),但沒有提供任何幫助或替代選擇,我們的行李和走上黑暗的螺旋樓梯到6th/top樓層。房間寬敞,自然光線好,但只突出了剝落的牆紙,我真的畫線的地方-溼氣黴(黑點和水印)遍佈天花板。這也使房間的氣味相同。支付任何金額只吸入所有發黴的空氣真的不安全,可以接受。當我們準備從那時起走出時,我們真的只預訂了這個房間,以便在午夜飛行前10個小時內安全地存放行李。我們不想被投訴和與經營這個地方的一名工作人員的討論所困擾,所以我們最終最大限度地利用了一個溫泉下午,回來只是爲了收集我們的東西和退房。幫自己一個忙,要麼多付一點錢,一個乾淨和安全的地方,否則請檢查您的房間沒有這個黴菌,然後同意您的住宿。健康第一!!

如果你是個需要飯店網路和熱水澡的請千萬不要選擇這裡... Wifi極不穩又慢，熱水應該不能叫熱水只能叫不冷的水，在河內均溫20度的地方，大概只有AC還有暖氣功能不會讓你感冒而已。 隔音超差，住在二樓根本不要想早上不會被的人講話給吵醒。整體來說大概只有地點離還劍湖很近這個優點而已。(房間舊但至少整潔還行） If you are a person who needs wifi and hot bath, please don't choose this place... Wifi is unstable and very slow. Hot water should not be called hot water, only not cold water. In Hanoi, where the average temperature is 20 degrees, probably only AC with the heater can keep you away from catch a cold. The sound insulation is too poor. If you live on the 2nd floor, you will definitely be woken up by people who talk downstairs. The hotel introduction also not precisely. And the servide of night shift front desk was off-putting. On the whole, the only advantage is that the location is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. （and room is clean. thank god)

Good location and as this is in a cheaper range the room was a little bit tired and in need of some TLC and we only found one hair in the bed. Staff are very friendly but breakfast was a bit overcrowded as there is only a few tables. Better to skip breakfast and eat at the local coffee shops. Despite some bad reviews by others, this hotel is recommended for those travelling with a budget.
