We got to the room at 9pm and the room was 86 degrees, with a sign saying the AC was on remote and would cool in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later it was 84. We went talk to the front desk and was told it has been a problem and the owner ignores it, but no more rooms available. Being a Diamond Elite IHG member I called IHG and was basically told tough luck and they would file a report for me to comment on and email it to me, which they never did and never responded to my messages. We checked out and went down the road to the Microtel, which was great.
